1. Introduction
Scale-seemingly a minor issue-is actually a "silent killer" in countless households and industrial facilities worldwide. It can clog pipes, reduce water heater efficiency, significantly increase energy consumption, and ultimately lead to costly equipment repairs or even complete failure.
There are many solutions on the market for scale, including water softeners, electronic descalers, and chemical descaling agents. But how effective are they really?
We firmly believe that real data and firsthand customer verification are the only true measures of a product's value. Today, we would like to share a real case from an Italian client-a rigorous, three-month side-by-side test. The results are astonishing and further demonstrate the revolutionary technology of the ScaleDp Water Descaler.
2. Background
Our Italian client has extensive experience in the water treatment field. While he acknowledged the value of our DPES scale prevention technology, he approached the matter with extreme rigor. Three months ago, he purchased our WDM002 Water Descaler, clearly stating that he wanted to verify its performance through his own tests-seeing is believing.
We fully welcomed and encouraged this approach, as it not only reflects our confidence in our technology but also allows the client to trust our product completely.
3. Experiment Design: A 90-Day "Scale Showdown"
To obtain the most objective comparison data, the client designed a side-by-side experiment simulating real-world usage:
·Test group: A simulated water heater equipped with the WDM002 Water Descaler.
·Control group: An identical water heater without any descaling device, serving as a reference.
Both systems used the same water source and operated under identical conditions for three continuous months. The client's goal was clear: to observe WDM002's actual ability to prevent new scale formation and handle existing scale.
4. Astonishing Results
After the three-month test period, the results were immediately obvious:
1. Control group (no device installed): Scale runs rampant
As expected, the unprotected water heater showed severe scale buildup:
·Scale accumulation: Thick white scale covered the inner walls and copper heating tubes.
·Reduced efficiency: The scale acted like an insulating layer around the heating elements, significantly impeding heat transfer and requiring more energy to heat the same amount of water.
·Potential risks: Visibly, the equipment was moving toward blockage and damage.
2. Test group (WDM002 installed): Clean as new, old scale removed!
The water heater equipped with the WDM002 presented a completely different scenario, even exceeding the client's initial expectations:
·No new scale: "Almost no trace of scale," said the client. The WDM002 successfully prevented new scale from forming on the inner walls and heating tubes.
·Old scale removal: Surprisingly, existing scale observed on the copper heating tubes before installation was gradually removed after three months of continuous operation with the WDM002.
·Client's conclusion: This rigorous, three-month test confirmed that the WDM002 Water Descaler not only effectively prevents new scale formation but also reverses the damage caused by existing scale, gradually eliminating stubborn deposits.

5. Why a 90-Day Test?
The client chose a 90-day test not because the WDM002 requires 90 days to work. In fact, it usually takes about 30 days to effectively remove existing scale. The 90-day period was chosen out of caution, allowing a longer observation window to fully assess the scale prevention effect. Throughout the entire 90 days, the WDM002 continuously prevented new scale formation, leaving the client extremely satisfied.
