UV Systems：

Ten (3) Year Limited Warranty on stainless steel reactors, from the date of original purchase or installation (proper documentation required).

UV LED Systems：

One (1) Year Limited Warranty on UV LED modules, from the date of original purchase (proper documentation required).

Electronics：

One (1) Year Limited Warranty on ballasts and controllers, from the date of original purchase or installation (proper documentation required).

UV Lamps, UV Sensors & Quartz Sleeves：

One (1) Year Limited Warranty on all UV lamps, sensors, and quartz sleeves, from the date of original purchase or installation (proper documentation required).

Agua Topone will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund any defective system or component covered under this warranty, subject to the limitations outlined below. Agua Topone's liability is limited to repairing or replacing the product F.O.B. its factory or authorized service depot. Agua Topone is not responsible for removal, installation, transportation, or other related costs.

UV systems not manufactured by Agua Topone are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not Agua Topone's. This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Abnormal operating conditions, accidents, abuse, misuse, or unauthorized alterations/repairs.

Incorrect installation or use outside Agua Topone's specifications.

Water quality parameters outside the following ranges:

Hardness > 120 mg/L (7 gpg)

Iron > 0.3 mg/L (ppm)

Manganese > 0.05 mg/L (ppm)

Tannins > 0.1 mg/L (ppm)

Turbidity > 1 NTU

Transmittance (UVT) < 75% (50% for Low-UVT systems)

Damage during shipment, water damage in ballast housing/controllers, outdoor installation in direct contact with rain, freezing temperatures, or use of non-original parts.

1.Contact the place of purchase to obtain a Warranty Return Authorization.

2.Provide proof of purchase, installation date, failure date, and other requested details.

3.Return the defective product freight prepaid with supporting documentation or a Return Goods Authorization.

Agua Topone is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, losses, or expenses arising from installation, use, or other causes.

No express or implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) extend beyond this limited warranty.

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Agua Topone. Any invalid or unenforceable provisions will not affect the remaining terms.
