During the working process of the ultraviolet sterilizer, the external environment needs to meet certain conditions to ensure a good sterilization effect.
Water quality requirements
The requirements of the UV sterilizer for the incoming water quality are as follows:
Ambient temperature
The ambient temperature affects the radiation intensity of the ultraviolet lamp, thereby affecting the disinfection effect of the sterilizer. The influence of the temperature in the range of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃ on the disinfection effect is that with the decrease of temperature, the output of the ultraviolet lamp will decrease, and the lamp will be difficult to start when it is lower than 5 ℃. Therefore, the inlet water temperature and ambient temperature of the sterilizer should be above 5 ℃.
Voltage
The working frequency of my country's power grid is 50Hz. When the power supply voltage changes, the radiation intensity of the ultraviolet lamp increases with the increase of the voltage, and the capacity of the sterilizer increases. The power supply voltage of the sterilizer should be stable within the range of 220V ± 10%. Within the fluctuation range of the power supply voltage, the voltage level has a great influence on the radiation intensity of the ultraviolet lamp. For every 10V drop in the voltage, the intensity of the ultraviolet lamp decreases by 15 μW. /cm 2 ~20μW/cm 2. The coefficient of variation of voltage-induced ultraviolet rays ranges from -40.1% to +14.4%.
The above is the working environment required for the operation of the ultraviolet sterilizer. In general, the ultraviolet sterilizer is relatively easy to install and simple to maintain. The ultraviolet sterilizer is customized according to the use occasion and sterilization requirements to maximize the sterilization effect, and lower the cost.
