UV water disinfection system
This series comes with a stainless steel stand which can be wall mounted.
In order to get the best sterilization effect, there are some requirements for your water as below.
*Max working pressure: 8bar (116 psi)
*Water temperature: 2 - 40 ℃ (36 - 104 ℉)
*Iron < 0.3ppm (0.3 mg / L)
*Hardness < 7gpg (120 mg / L)
*Turbidity < 1 NTU
*UV transmittance > 75%
The UV water disinfection system uses the special ultraviolet wave band 253.7 wavelength light wave to lure the quartz sleeve to sterilize the water quality and eliminate the virus in the stainless steel cavity. In a very short period of time, the virus can be killed instantly while the water is flowing. Because the lamp requirements of ultraviolet sterilizers are stricter, imported lamps or domestic high-end T-tubes are generally used for ultraviolet lamps. Quartz sleeves are made of high-light-absorbing, high-quality quartz tubes.
UV sterilizer product composition:
304 grade stainless steel, high transmittance quartz sleeve, imported UV lamp, ballast highly matched with the lamp, silicone gasket (compared to ordinary silicone gasket, the tighter the sealing with the quartz tube after the pressure increases),GB stainless steel flange, leakage protection device, etc.

ATTENTION
Iron/manganese will cause discoloration on the quartz sleeve in UV disinfection systems that surrounds the UV lamp and reduces the transmission of UV disinfection treatment, they will absorb UV energy as well. Iron and Magnesium should be removed from water by pre-treatment or at least reduced to no more than 0.3 ppm for iron and no more than 0.5 ppm for manganese.

Q1: Is the sample available for us to test quality?
YES, usually we send the samples by international express, it will take around 5-8 days for our customers to receive them, but customer will charge all costs related to the samples, like the cost and airmail freight. We will refund our customer the sample cost after receiving the order.
