How to install quartz tubes, O-rings, and stainless steel brackets:
1.Install 2 O-rings onto the closed end of the quartz tube (12mm from the edge)
2.Insert one of the quartz tubes into the reactor chamber
Please note that if you confuse the inner and outer surface of the O-ring,the sealing effect will be different.
3.Insert the other quartz tube into the reactor chamber.
4.Screw the Closed nut on this end,Screw the open nuts on other end
5.Separate the screws of the two stainless steel brackets for easy installation on the reactor.And secure the two stainless steel brackets ,at both ends of the reactor.
How to secure the stainless steel chamber in the proper installation position.
1.Firstly,you need to mark the mounting position.Make sure you have enough space
2.Fix the chamber brackets to the wall.
Note:It can be installed horizontally or vertically. When considering a vertical installation, it is important
to ensure that proper support and mounting provisions are in place to secure the UV system in a vertical position.
3. Please tighten the screws to secure the brackets in place.And find a proper position to place the electronic ballast.
How to install the UV bulb
1.Refer to the length of the electric cord.Insert the UV lamp into the quartz sleeve.
2.Connect the UV lamp with the 4-pin plug.And cover the protective cap for it
2.Connect the unit with your pipe system
4.Connect the controller with the power supply.The indicator of work will turn on.
And the fault part will blink and beep if the system failsPlease refer to the troubleshooting.
