Inspection method
*The product undergoes at least the following reliability tests before leaving the factory
Tensile test
The pull-out force between the terminal and connecting wire is 230N, maintained for 1 minute, with no loosening or detachment.
Insulation withstand voltage
Apply 1500V, 150Hz AC voltage between the UV lamp sterilizer's live parts and the shell, maintained for 1 minute.
Sealing test
Maintain static pressure of 0.4MPa for 5 minutes with no air leakage
Pressure test
Within 5 minutes (at a rate of ≤0.4MPa/s), increase the static water pressure to 0.6MPa, and maintain for 15 minutes to test the module's water tightness.
Burst test
Mechanical and electrical performance are normal.
Cyclic pressure
Perform appearance and cyclic pressure test: repeat the cycle of pressure from 0 to 0.45MPa 10,000 times (pressure rise time of 2 seconds), observing water tightness.
Low-temperature storage
Place at -30°C ±2°C for 72 hours, then remove the sample and allow it to recover at room temperature for at least 1 hour Ensure there are no appearance abnormalities.
High-temperature storage
Place at 50°C ±2°C for 72 hours, then remove the sample and allow it to recover at room temperature for at least 1 hour Ensure there are no appearance abnormalities.
