First, we need to check the packaging list and prepare the installation tools: a pair of gloves, a cordless drill with fastening screws, and a marker pen for convenient labeling.
The inspection tasks include:
Before starting the installation process, carefully inspect the contents of the package to ensure the good condition of all necessary components. Also, mark the installation positions and ensure there is enough space to accommodate the system.
Now we can proceed with the installation. For future use, securely fasten the clamp screws to the wall or board using a cordless drill. We generally recommend horizontal installation, but if you prefer vertical installation, please ensure proper support and installation measures are provided. When selecting the location for the electronic ballast, consider the length of the cable.
Quartz Tube and Chamber Installation Steps:
Wear the gloves and take out the stainless steel chamber first. Put it on a flat unscrew the caps of both sides
Install the o-ring onto the open end of the quartz tube(-12mm from the edge)
Insert the quartz tube into the reactor chamber.The sealing effect will be different. If you confuse the inner and outer surface of the O-ring
Screw the hollow cap on this end
Fix the chamber into the mounting brackets. And connect the unit with your pipe system to check if any leaks or not.
UV Lamp Installation:
a. Connect the UV lamp with the 4-pin plug.
b. Insert the UV lamp into the quartz sleeve.
c. Install the protective cap on it
Power Connection and Indicator Light Status Check:
Connect the controller with the power supply.The indicator of work will turn on. And the fault part will blink and beep if the system fails
