Your Mission: Lead the US Market Entry
As a founding member of Agua Topone's US team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our market entry and expansion in the U.S. Your primary responsibility will be to build a distribution network from scratch, focusing on both residential and commercial point-of-entry systems. This is an ideal position for an entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the U.S. market, with specific revenue targets and market penetration goals.
·Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard distributors and water quality dealers, fostering long-term relationships to support business growth.
·Partner Enablement: Act as a market expert, providing training and support to partners so they can effectively sell and promote Agua Topone's product portfolio.
·Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities, providing strategic insights to enhance business development.
·Market Representation: Attend key industry trade shows and events to represent Agua Topone, increase brand visibility, and generate new leads.
What We Are Looking For
We're seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:
·3+ years of sales experience in the U.S. water treatment industry, particularly focusing on point-of-entry systems. Experience with UV water disinfection systems is preferred.
·Proven track record in building distribution channels and achieving sales growth.
·Existing relationships with distributors and dealers in the water quality sector would be a significant advantage.
·Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute plans efficiently.
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and build trust.
·Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and comfortable in a scale-up environment.
·Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
·Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60-70%) across North America.
