The ultraviolet water sterilizers is mainly composed of ultraviolet lamp, quartz sleeve, chamber
chamber,pipe diameter (neck), flange (inner thread, outer thread, quick connection,loose flange), control cabinet (Voltmeter, control switch,power indicator light,lamp indicator light, accumulator),open nut, closed nut,sewage outlet (detection port),shield cap, etc.
1.Chamber:also known as reaction chamber or tube body. The material is 304L/316L food grade stainless steel.
2.Neck: usually refers to the part of the connection between the chamber chamber and the interface,which is also called "neck" in the workshop.
3.In/outlet port:the place where the equipment is connected to the pipeline, and its specifications can be customized according to requirements.
4.Flange gasket: Used in the flange connection of pipelines,it is a seal between two flanges.The medium pressure and temperature directly affect the selection of flange gaskets.
5. The In/outlet port irection defaults to top-in,top-out,and any special (know the specific value) requirements can be met.
6.Wire head:an indispensable accessory installed between the head plate and the lamp tube.
7.Head plate:the sealing welding position at both ends of the chamber.
8.Sewage outlet: After using for a period of time, some scale will be formed after ultraviolet sterilization in the pipeline, and the sewage outlet will process the impurities inside the chamber.
9. Sealing tapered rubber ring:The sealing rubber ring uses its elasticity to play a sealing role.Food grade silicone material
10.Quartz glass casing: Quartz casing is an indispensable water treatment equipment accessory in the ultraviolet disinfection system.
11.Ultraviolet germicidal lamp material:Generally,the lamp tubes of germicidal lamps are made of quartz glass,because quartz glass has a high transmittance for all ultraviolet bands,reaching 80%-90%,and is the best material for germicidal lamps.
12.Ballast: a special power supply for fluorescent lamps, which is a device that limits current and generates instantaneous high voltage.Where the power line is connected to the lamp head line,a lamp tube is equipped with an electronic ballast.The ballast and the ultraviolet germicidal lamp are supporting equipment.If the lamp is purchased separately,the working hours of the lamp cannot be guaranteed and it is not covered by the warranty.
13.Power switch:After the power is turned on,the circuit controls the switch tube to perform high-speed on and off. Push-button switch,click to open,click again to close.
14.Power indicator light:Indicates the power status of the device.
15.Lamp indicator light:A single lamp is connected to a lamp indicator light,under normal working condition when power is on:
The lamp indicator is on to prove that the lamp is working normally,if the lamp indicator is off,there may be a problem.
