Precautions for UV sterilizers commonly used in sewage treatment


*During normal operation,do not stop the equipment by unplugging the power switch,otherwise it will easily cause electric shock.


*Do not knot, stretch, press heavy objects, or heat the power cord at high temperature, otherwise it will cause damage to the power supply.


*Do not repair the equipment yourself, be sure to have a professional electrician for construction.


*Do not hit or hit the device cavity with other hard objects.


*Keep the equipment cavity and control cabinet dry and clean, and avoid water droplets dripping into the control cabinet.


*Do not stack debris near the equipment cavity and control cabinet to avoid affecting the equipment work.


*Do not place objects on the equipment cavity and control cabinet.


*The power supply provided by the user must be grounded in accordance with the national electricity safety regulations.


*If any abnormality occurs, please cut off the power immediately and stop the operation. Continuous operation in an abnormal state may cause serious accidents such as electric shock and fire.


Daily inspection of UV equipment commonly used in sewage treatment


After the equipment is used for 4-5 weeks, the equipment should be inspected, and the following abnormal conditions should be noted.


*The power cord or plug is unusually hot and has a burning smell.


*Whether the welded part of the pipeline, the interface part, and the two ends of the quartz tube are leaking.


*Whether the indicator light and lamp tube of the control cabinet are normally on.


*Low sterilization rate.


*Other anomalies or malfunctions.


Installation of UV equipment commonly used in sewage treatment


Precautions: 

The device is installed horizontally indoors, and the bracket is fixed on the foundation or the workbench. The location of the sterilization device (connected to the water inlet, water outlet) indoors, in addition to considering the convenience of water and water, and meeting the requirements of the technological process, also Pay attention to leaving a space where the UV lamp can be extracted from the installation location. The electric control box of the split device is installed near the device. The relative humidity of the environment is not greater than 40°C, and there is no corrosive gas, no conductive dust, and no strong vibration and impact.


Installation: 

This product is a pipeline type. One of the two water outlets can be selected as the water inlet and the other as the water outlet according to the direction of the pipeline. The horizontal and vertical types can be placed according to the user's needs. Leave one chamber length of space at least.After the product is installed, first pass the water test to ensure that no water leaks, and then turn on the power supply. After confirming that the lamp is on for 3-5 minutes, first open the water valve and then open the water inlet valve. At this time, the machine starts to run.


Maintenance: 

*Disassembly of the quartz tube:

Turn off the power first, open the protective covers on both sides of the sterilizer, take out the Philip Uvc Bulb ,remove the glands at both ends, take out the "O"-shaped rubber ring in the water seal seat, and then slowly pull out the quartz tube.


*Quartz tube assembly:

Operators should not directly touch the surface of the quartz tube with their hands, so as not to get dirty and affect the transparency. Align the quartz tube with the water-sealed holes at both ends, insert the quartz tube, and leave a margin at both ends.


To be equal, insert the "O"-shaped rubber ring, slowly and evenly tighten the gland, the force should not be too large, so as not to cause the quartz tube to rupture, and then do a water test, if there is water leakage, gently tighten the gland until no water leaks. So far, the lamp is finally installed and it can be run.


Conditions of use

Iron content: not more than 0.3ppm (0.3mg/L) 

Hydrogen sulfide: not more than 0.05ppm (0.05 mg/L)

Suspended solids: not more than 10 ppm (10 mg/L) 

Manganese content: not more than 0.5 ppm (0.5 mg/L)

Water hardness: no more than 120 mg/L 

Chromaticity: no more than 15 degrees

Water temperature: 5℃~60℃
